This Rental Policy applies to equipment rentals through Mohave Equipment Rentals. Because we are a rental company and do not sell physical products through this website, we do not offer product returns or standard retail refunds.

No Returns or Refunds

All rental payments, deposits, booking fees, delivery fees, pickup fees, and related charges are considered final unless otherwise stated in a written rental agreement.

Mohave Equipment Rentals does not accept returns in the same way a retail store would, because rental equipment is provided for temporary use during an agreed rental period.

Customers are responsible for equipment while it is in their possession. Additional charges may apply for equipment that is returned late, damaged, excessively dirty, missing parts, or used improperly.

The renter may be responsible for repair costs, replacement costs, cleaning fees, late fees, or other charges depending on the condition of the equipment and the terms of the rental.

Cancellations

Availability
